Who likes Fizzy drink? I am going to tell you some interesting facts about  fizzy drinks 

You can  get type two diabetes from fizzy. You get diabetes from sugar-sweetened drinks such as cola. There was a study done in America between 1990-2000  and it was found that the increased intake of sugar sweetened contributed to 130,000 new cases of diabetes. The risk of heart disease can increase with consuming too much sugar. Fizzy drinks have also been found to change the protein levels of the brain which could lead to hyperactivity. Also fizzy drinks can make you put on weight.


Fizzy drinks are filled with sugar and calories and have nothing good in them for your body. Healthy drinks such as milk has vitamins and minerals that your body can use. It is important to drink healthy drinks to keep your body functioning properly. 

In a two litre of Pepsi is 212 grams of sugar, that's just under a cup. If you have to much sugar  you can get cancer. You should change your diet to natural ingredients, you should change your cereal to a serving that is under 4 grams of sugar each day. Swap soda drinks to juice or water.

If you drink too much fizzy it causes a bacteria in your mouth that makes acid to form in your mouth and attack your teeth for the rest of the day. Diet or sugar free soda contains its own acid that can damage your teeth. You can get erosion from too much soda. In conclusion I think fizzy drinks are bad for your teeth and your weight. You can also  get type two diabetes from fizzy drinks. We know that fizzy drinks are cheaper than milk and other healthy drinks, my advice to you is...  drink water!
