The Four Umbles
If your going to go on a tramp with someone else here is the four umbles The four umbles are
Stumbles - loss of movement and you become stiff.
Mumbles - you become slow or have loss of speech, you will also be confused.
Grumbles - you will get mad and disagree with everyone
Fumbles - gives you a slow reaction, this will make you drop objects.
These are the first stages of hypothermia if you see any of these you should take action fast.
