Refugees

Refugees This author has been very smart and intelligent with his writing. This author is trying to persuade the reader. The author has got an equally bios way for good and against Refugees if you read it forwards. If you read it backwards it's welcome the refugees. one In way is agreeing and the other is disagreeing with the refugees. In our minds we think refugees should get a second chance for life. These people are in need, help then when it's possible. By Cullam Zac and Bryce

St Johns

2018 term 3 St Johns on monday a st johns lady came to our school teach room 1 how to save lives and important stuff. We learned how to bringing someone back from the dead but we only had two minutes. We heart it in case we find somebody that needs that treatment or in an emergency when there isn't anyone around you We found it valuable and useful for when or if we find somebody on the ground. Before you do anything check if there awake by yelling out there name or say “hey hey wake up,” and if not tape them hard on them collar bone. If they still don’t get up, then you perform CPR. If perform CPR for 1-2 hours and you can't go and more then you can stop.

Speech

Today in my lunch I have a raspberry muffin, and an Up and Go, and a ham sandwich. Usually I have breakfast before coming to school.I have tea after I come home from school and I go to bed with a full tummy but some people in the world starve. Kia ora my name is Cullam and today I am speaking about a terrible thing in the world called world starvation. 2.3 billion tonnes of crops were thrown out from 2009 to 2010. according to the website “Key facts on food loss and waste you should know. This is fruits and vegetables. The United States of America throws about $680 billion food gets thrown out each year. I think this is bad when kids are starving. `How does starvation affects children? Some things that starving children have; you can see their rib cage, they find it hard to breathe, they find it hard to eat. I think this is bad because every kid should get fed properly About 60% of children living in New Zealand live under the poverty line. What does poverty mean. Poverty is when a household does not earn 550 dollars a week in NZ. Or does have enough money to feed their children and to not have enough money to buy clothes. These are some organizations that help children,Save the children,Breed for the world,Food for the Hungry hungry,The Salvation Army,War or want. What I think of these people. These people have been very nice to help starving. This is what i think of starving kids so what do you think of kids each day. Thank you for listening to my speech.
